FAQ – Members, Parents & Participants
How do I place an order?
Your group organiser will share a link to your group’s iNKiT online shop.
1. Access the group shop
Click the link provided by your group leader or you can find it via the search function on the website.
Some group shops require a passcode — this will also be shared by your group organiser if needed.
2. Choose your items
Select the items you’d like to order (for example t-shirts or hoodies), choose your size, and enter any required customisation details (such as a name or role, if applicable).
3. Review your order carefully
Before continuing, please double-check sizes and spellings. All items are made to order once the shop closes.
4. Checkout & delivery options
At checkout, you’ll be asked to choose a delivery method:

Group delivery (most common)
The entire order is delivered in one bulk shipment to the group organiser, who will then distribute items. This option keeps delivery costs down. -
Individual delivery (optional)
If you’d prefer your items to be posted directly to you, this option may be available at checkout for an additional delivery cost.
5. Order confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. Orders cannot be changed after the cut-off date.
If you’re unsure about anything during ordering, please check with your group organiser or contact us before placing your order.
How do I choose the size?
Size guides are available on the listings to help you choose. Most garments give chest measurements - it's important to check these as sizing varies by manufacturer and different styles. We always recommend sizing up if close to the upper measurement. Also take into consideration the need to layer up underneath items like hoodies or jackets.
For large groups & trips, sizing samples may be available at a group meeting so you can try items for fit before ordering - this will be decided by the group/trip leaders.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If the pre-order has not closed, then yes, there's a good chance you can still make changes. Please get in touch as early as possible.
If the cutoff date has passed, then unfortunately not. All items are made to order, so orders and sizes cannot be changed after the deadline.
Please double-check your size before completing your order.
What if I order the wrong size?
As items are custom made for your group, we’re unable to offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing. This is why sizing guidance is provided.
Can I order extra items?
Yes, if your group has chosen to allow this.
Any available extra items (such as additional t-shirts or hoodies) will be listed in your group’s online shop.
When will my items be ready?
Production times vary depending on the group and event date.
For standard pre-orders, the cutoff date & expected delivery dates will be displayed on the banner at the top of the website.
For trips and events, all items are produced to agreed deadlines so everything is ready in good time.
How will I receive my order?
Most group orders are delivered in bulk to the group organiser, who will then distribute them.
If individual delivery is available for your group, this will be made clear on your group page.
What if I miss the ordering deadline?
You will need to speak to your group/trip leader. We may be able to add your order on to the next pre-order if time allows.
If it's for a trip or an event with a hard deadline, once the pre-order closes, we’re unable to accept late orders. This helps ensure everyone’s items are produced and delivered on time.
