Why we use sizing samples

When ordering clothing for large groups and trips, getting the right fit is important. To help everyone order confidently, we can provide sizing samples so participants can try garments before placing their order.

This helps:

  • Reduce incorrect sizes
  • Avoid last-minute changes
  • Make the ordering process smoother for everyone

 

What sizing samples are provided

For group sizing meetings, we can supply:

✔ Blank garments (no print)

✔ Same brand, fit, and colours as the final order

✔ A range of sizes for try-on purposes

The samples are unprinted because sizing is based on fit and comfort, not the design.

 

Seeing the final design

Alongside the sizing samples, we can provide one printed reference garment so parents and participants can see the final design, placement, and finish in real life.

Final designs are also shared digitally for reference.

 

Sample pack & costs

For large group orders, sizing garments are provided as part of a refundable sizing sample pack and the cost will depend on the range of garments being supplied.

  • The sample pack cost is credited against the final bulk order
  • All sizing samples are returned after the meeting

This approach keeps costs fair while still allowing everyone to try sizes before ordering.

 

Ordering your size

Once sizing has been completed:

  • Each participant selects their size based on the samples
  • Orders are then placed either through the group organiser or via our website (depending on the group setup)

Please take care when selecting sizes as these garments are printed to order.

 

Important sizing information

To keep group orders running smoothly:

  • Sizes cannot be changed once orders are placed
  • We recommend sizing up if between sizes
  • Measurements and size guides are available on request

This is particularly important for international trips where replacement garments may not be possible.
